Abstract
The present study aims to analyze the scientific requirements for responding to doubts and is organized by utilizing the Quranic thoughts of the martyr Imam Khamenei. Today, the diversity and breadth of doubts in various fields of knowledge have doubled the necessity of responding. It is obvious that ignorance or failure to apply the requirements for responding not only does not lead to the resolution of the doubt, but may in some cases strengthen and solidify the foundations of the doubt. Scientific and ethical requirements are among the requirements that should always be considered by respondents. Interrogating the statements of the martyred leader and describing and analyzing his speeches and writings shows that, in the Quranic thought of the Supreme Leader, two categories of criteria for appropriate response have always been considered. The first category is the scientific criteria and criteria that the respondent must bind himself to, such as: specialization and epistemic mastery, scientific freedom and expression, avoiding scientific force testing, utilizing the question and answer method in the response process, and the necessity of an argumentative approach. The second category is the ethical standards that the respondent must be conditioned and bound by. The most prominent of these requirements are: effective and constructive debate, maintaining respect, avoiding hatred and hypocrisy, avoiding fanaticism, and reforming and benevolence. By observing these criteria and conditions, it can provide a suitable basis for dispelling doubts and guiding those who have doubts and those who are caught in doubts.
