Dr. Soha has claimed that since there are abrogating and abrogated verses (Nasikh wa Mansukh) in the Holy Quran, and these verses already had a ruling, and with the new verse, their ruling has been removed; so; if the Holy Quran was originated from God's revelation, it should not have this contradiction. According to his belief, the Qur'an was generated and put together by the mentality and perceptions of Prophet Muhammad; so, he first has expressed and communicated some verses, and with the passage of time, because as a human being he had weak knowledge with no divine support, he abrogated the ruling of the previous verses with new verses. This research has dealt, through the method of "library-documents with an analytical approach" with the topic of "Critique of Dr. Soha's Doubts about the Abrogation". Therefore, his reasons have been placed in the critical mirror along with convincing answers in order to express the mastery and solidity of the Holy Qur'an which was revealed by God to the Prophet (PBUH). The most important results of this research are, on the one hand, lack of knowledge about the correct definition of the abrogation, biased examination about verses related to the abrogation, unscientific perceptions, unfair criticism, lack of attention to the true legislator, God Almighty, and Dr. Soha's other contradictions. And on the other hand, proving the divinity of the Holy Qur'an and its revelation from the Blessed and Exalted God, to the beloved Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
